A bit about me: I’m the proud mother of two college-aged daughters and a high school son. I’ve been married for 24 years to a rocket scientist, and I’m also a big sister who cherishes her two younger sisters.  

With my father serving in the Air Force, I grew up moving often - experiencing life in 29 different homes along the way! My professional background includes roles as a National Board Certified Teacher, university professor of American Sign Language, and freelance interpreter for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing community.  

My work in the Healing Arts is dedicated to supporting individuals navigating physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual challenges. I have a particular passion for holistic wellness, especially for those managing autoimmune conditions, informed by my own personal journey with self-healing.
